Deleting your account

In the app, tap Account at the top of the Home tab, then Delete account. Your account and everything in it go the moment you confirm, and it can’t be undone. Signing in again the same way starts a new record.

A few copies outlive a deletion. The privacy policy names each one.

Your subscription

Apple bills the subscription. Cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting your Keephouse account doesn’t cancel it.

On a new phone, Restore purchases on the app’s subscription screen brings it back.

Apple takes the payment, so refunds are Apple’s to decide.
